How does deal packaging work?

Initially we would meet with you to discuss your objectives, agree the geographical location you wish to invest in, scope out your investment strategy, ranging from a simple buy-to-let strategy, HMO (homes of multiple occupants), commercial conversion or development, specification of the property you are looking for and the timeframe that you wish to work to.

Everyone has different requirements, so one size does not fit all, therefore we provide a tailor-made solution to suit your needs.

Once we have scoped out the details of your requirements we will finalise our fee structure with you. Fees vary depending on the extent of your requirements but typically can range from £3,000 to £25,000.

At that point we would then get busy on your behalf and revert with property deals that match your criteria.

Whenever we come to you with a deal, rest assured we will have already done a lot of work to get to that stage, viewing and filtering out deals that are not quite right for you, so that we don’t waste your time with deals that don’t match your requirements.

If you have asked us to provide you with a turnkey comprehensive end to end solution, you will also get access to our power team, including brokers, lawyers, building partner, letting agent as well as our extensive network of estate agents and local contacts on the ground.

We see the project through from start to finish, meaning you don’t have the hassle and worry of having to deal with the complexity involved in property. But at the end of the project you own the asset that will then provide you with an ongoing source of income and equity for the long term.
